Background

Madison (“Madi”) Malmquist, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Horizons Diagnostics. She brings experience in both emergency and family medicine, having cared for patients in high-volume emergency departments as well as family practice settings. Madi is committed to providing compassionate, thorough care and building strong relationships with her patients.

Undergraduate: Texas Christian University, B.A. in Biology, Minor in Spanish for Health Professions
Masters: University of North Texas Health Science Center, M.P.A.S.

Personal

Madi was born in Plano, Texas. She and her husband, who is currently in the Hughston Clinic residency program, recently welcomed their first daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her newborn!
